Enables nicer home screen icon for iOS
Same icon used for favicon for browser tab in web ui

Motivation and Context

This makes it nicer to add the web UI to a mobile homescreen, with a better icon.
Addresses #1084

How Has This Been Tested?

• tested on 1.5.5 Pwnagotchi tethered to a Mac (in Chrome and Safari) and BT tethered to an iPhone.
